3 days of electric mountain bike guided tours, 2 nights accommodation in a newly refurbished mountain chalet, optional local attractions visit.

We suggest this tour for medium to advanced skills mountain bikers. Some tracks are challenging, with steep and rocky stretches. Riders should be in good shape to properly enjoy the tour.
The tour takes place on Trek top model, long travel, full-suspension electric bikes. Personal helmet and knee pads are mandatory. We also recommend a backpack with rain clothes, light food and water bottle. Before departure, a list of necessary equipment and clothing will be sent to all participants.
On the first day, we will start from our accommodation in Sinaia and ride the bikes on a beautiful National Park mountain road up to Cota 2000 mountain top. After a short descent we will follow up the spectacular view of the Bucegi Masssif plateau and visit some of the best natural local attraction, the “Sfinx” and “Babele” and then ride down an epic ride that ends in Sinaia, to our chalet accommodation. Optional, we can stop for dinner at Taverna Sarbului traditional restaurant.
On the second day, we start early morning from the chalet in Sinaia and, after 3 mins ride, we take the gondola lift up to Cota 2000 mountain top. Than we will hit the single trails down to the Bolboci Lake. Optionally, we can spend 1 hour to enjoy the mountain view from the lake surface, on a stand up paddle (SUP) guided trip (20 euro). Then, we continue our ride around the lake to visit the Pestera Monastery, hidden in a cave, than the beautiful bears cave, included in the trip cost. After that, we will climb about 1 hour on another ridge of the mountain, to make room for an epic long descent, all the way down to the famous Bran (Dracula’s) castle, where we meet our shuttle car which takes us back to our accommodation in Sinaia. In Bran, we have an optional castle visit (10 euro).
The third day is dedicated to the beautiful Baiului mountains, next door neighbors to the Bucegi National Park. We start the climb in Sinaia and, after coming out of the wild forest, we will be greeted by a breathtaking view of the surrounding valleys and mountain ranges. The descent follows the long mellow ridges covered with grass and passes by a shepard traditional cottage, before ariving back in Sinaia, to our accommodation. After lunch, there is an optional visit to the Sinaia’s Peles Castle, the residency of the Romanian monarchs (15 EUR).

Boarder’s Cottage, newly refurbished mountain chalet with spectacular view over Baiului mountains. Very quiet area, 10 mins walk downtown Sinaia, where all restaurants and facilities are. Shared living room, stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, outdoor hot tub, able to accommodate up to 10 people.
